Techno-Inspired Music was founded in 2011 by amateur DJs and music producers who wanted to challenge the limits of modern electronic music. TECHNO-INSPIRED MUSIC ANNOUNCES COLLABORATION WITH NEW LABEL

(New York, NY) — Techno-Inspired Music (TIM) is pleased to announce a new collaboration with New Label Records. The two electronic music labels are teaming up to launch New Label’s first compilation album, “Electronic Musicians,” which will be released on November 3.

TIM and New Label will also work together to promote the compilation as well as future releases from both labels. The artists featured on Electronic Musicians include TIM label veterans James Holden and Ricardo Villalobos, as well as up-and-comers Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons and Johannes Brecht. Other tracks by Peter Kruder and Motor City Drum Ensemble are also included in the compilation.

“We’re really excited about this project,” said TIM founder David Henderson in a recent interview with Billboard Magazine. “It’s great to work with other labels who have similar values.”

The collaboration will make original Electronic Musicians content available to Dubstep Today’s audience, and provide additional distribution for Electronic Musicians’ long-form journalistic pieces about the electronic music industry. The first piece in the collaboration, by writer Sam Harnett, is a profile of a young artist who gained millions of Soundcloud followers by remixing an obscure track.
