I have always been interested in the music industry and the process of making music. Christian Collins, who is an electronic music artist, recently released a new EP that caught my attention. I would like to interview him and learn more about how his EP was created and what it’s like to make music for a living.

I have known Christian for almost three years now, but this will be the first time I’ve interviewed him. We have talked about his music career before, but I’m excited to delve deeper into the process of creating music and releasing it to the public.

Christian is currently living in New York City where he makes his own music at home while working with other artists on their songs as well. He has released several of his own songs on iTunes, Spotify, etc., but this will be the first time he is releasing a full EP with six songs on it. I think it will be interesting to get his perspective on how he creates music and how he has grown as an artist over the past few years.

As a musician, we all start at the same place. We take what we know and build upon that. Christian Collins has made a living off of creating music, specifically electronic music. Electronic music is simply a genre of music that uses digital instruments to create an array of sounds and beats. It can be anything from ambient soundscapes to club bangers with catchy hooks.

Christian Collins is a musician who just released his first ever EP (extended play) called “The Fog”. Despite being his first EP, he has been making music for over 10 years now. He started out as a piano player in the sixth grade and used to write songs on the piano for fun. After about two years he started to get into the electronic genre of music and started learning how to use programs like Reason and Logic Pro X as well as synthesizers such as the Moog Sub Phatty, Roland Juno-106, and many others. He then started producing his own tracks on these programs and selling them online for other producers to use in their songs.

Over time, he started releasing more and more tracks on Soundcloud which led him to getting signed by record labels like Monstercat, NCS Music Group, Trap Nation, Lowly Palace Records, and

Christian Collins: Electronic Music Artist

Christian Collins (born December 20, 1995) is a Philadelphia-based electronic music artist. His most recognized work is the song “Breathe” (2015), which has over 45 million plays on YouTube and Soundcloud combined.

Christian grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia, where he began piano lessons at the age of 5. He continued to play classical piano throughout his teenage years until he discovered electronic music in high school. Christian taught himself how to produce by watching YouTube tutorials, then began sharing his music on Soundcloud and YouTube as a hobby. In 2012, while attending college at Lehigh University, Christian became well known for covers of popular songs like “Stay” by Rihanna and “Royals” by Lorde that were uploaded to his YouTube channel. His first original song was released in 2013, titled “Dreaming With Our Eyes Open”. After graduating from Lehigh University in 2017 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Christian decided to pursue electronic music full-time.

In 2015, Christian released an EP titled “Breathe”. The title track was named after the breathing exercise he practiced when he was feeling anxious or depressed. He posted it on YouTube and Soundcloud and it quickly gained popularity online. The song proved to

Christian Collins is an electronic music producer, musician, and performer based out of Los Angeles. He has been creating music since he was a child in the suburbs of Atlanta, Georgia. With his first EP release in 2016 and a new album on the way in 2018, Christian is making waves in the Electronic Music scene.

I recently had a chance to talk with Christian about his EP and upcoming album.

“When I recorded my first EP, I really wanted to experiment with different sounds and ideas that I hadn’t tried before. It was great to have the resources and time to do just that without having any expectations on what it should sound like or what it should be about.”

Christian grew up playing guitar from a very young age. His parents got him started at around 7 years old where he took lessons for a few years until he could play well enough by himself. In middle school his parents got him a MacBook Pro and he began trying to make beats using GarageBand on it.

Fast-forward several years, Christian decided to pursue music at USC where he learned how to refine his production skills as well as develop his live performances.

“I always knew that I wanted to create music and perform so I felt like being able to go

I’m Christian Collins, I’m a 21 year old electronic music artist. I’ve been making music for over 5 years now and I’ve recently released my first EP on iTunes. I’ve never had any formal training in music or music production, everything I’ve learned has been from YouTube or my brother Mike Tompkins who is also an Electronic Music Artist and YouTuber.

I started making youtube videos singing a capella covers of popular songs and uploading them to YouTube when I was about 15 years old. After about two years of doing this, my brother Mike Tompkins starting posting electronic remixes of the songs that I was covering. These remixes gained popularity at a much faster rate than the original acapella versions and I decided to start learning how to do it myself.

I started taking piano lessons when I was 12 years old but only took lessons for a few months before deciding that they weren’t for me. When I started trying to learn how to make electronic music, it was like relearning how to play the piano all over again, but this time online! The internet is filled with free tutorials on how to use every single piece of software out there so if you have the drive and dedication you can really achieve anything you want!

I am a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer from Michigan. I have been making music for almost 12 years now and have been lucky enough to make a living off of it. My music has been featured in over 100 million video games through the company Monstercat, which I am an artist on.

I found my love for music at an early age after learning how to play the piano. Shortly after that I began singing and writing my own songs. I started making electronic music when I was 19 and released my first EP “The City” in 2012. It was an exciting time in my life as it was my first project under the name Christian Collins, which is the name that I release all of my music under.

I’m excited to continue making music and sharing it with fans around the world!

I started producing when I was about 12 years old and I just didn’t like the music that I was hearing on the radio. So, in high school I started making my own stuff to listen to at home. I wasn’t good enough to play in a band, but I could make electronic music. So, I took what they were teaching in school and starting applying it to my own music.

I got into electronic because it was so much easier than playing an instrument. But, when you’re producing it’s so much more intricate and detailed than anything you can do with an instrument. You’re using your ears for so long and your eyes are glued to the computer screen. There’s nothing more satisfying than listening back a masterpiece that you created yourself.

I’m an independent artist so this is what I do full time. It’s been three years now since I graduated college and I’ve been doing this ever since then, so its been kinda crazy!

My first EP came out two years ago and it did really well. Since then, I’ve released lots of singles and remixes but until now this is my first body of work since my last EP two years ago.

The goal of this project was just to put together a collection of songs that fit a
