Electronic Speed Music Fitness is a brand new workout technique that will get you in shape in no time.

This method of running was created by me, Tasha Moore, a personal trainer and long-distance runner. The idea came to me when I was training for the New York Marathon and had to run 20 miles. My playlist was full of electronic dance music, so I decided to match my pace to the beats per minute (bpm) of each song. I found that the high-tempo tracks motivated me to run faster and harder, while the slower songs helped me relax and stay calm. I finished the marathon in record time, thanks to electronic speed music.

The idea behind this blog is simple: share my workout playlists with you, so that you too can become fit with electronic speed music fitness!

Electronic Speed Music Fitness is a group of fitness gurus who will get you in shape with the latest dance music. ESMF is not just a fitness class, it is a fitness lifestyle. Our fitness coaches will pore over the latest dance music to find the most energetic tracks for your workout. With Electronic Speed Music Fitness, you are not working out, you are dancing to the hottest tunes!

Electronic Speed Music Fitness is a new way to listen to music while your working out. It is a different style of music that is made with the intention of getting you motivated to work out. The songs are faster and have more beats per minute than your average song. For example, most songs are about 100 beats per minute, but ESMF songs can be anywhere from 140-160 beats per minute. This allows you to get your heart rate up and stay in a comfortable running zone.

I created this blog because I love music and I love working out. I feel like it is an amazing combination and it can really help people who need motivation to get in shape. This blog will provide information about ESMF, give reviews of different workout styles, and more!

Hello! I’m so excited to share with you my new favorite workout: Electronic Speed Music Fitness. Electronic Speed Music Fitness or ESMF is a high-intensity workout set to music. It’s just like dancing, except that it also makes you fit. Here are some of the benefits of ESMF:

4. You become more confident and feel good about yourself

I’m sure all of us would like to get more exercise, but the truth is that most people don’t like to run, cycle, or lift weights. The reason is simple: those activities are boring and hard work. But ESMF is different. Because it’s high-intensity and performed to music, it feels more like dancing than exercising! Plus, because it’s anaerobic exercise, you can do it even if you’re out of shape or overweight–just move as much as you can for as long as you can and gradually increase your intensity over time.

Electronic Speed Music Fitness (ESMF) is an intense cardio workout that includes the music and moves of electronic dance music. The workout is a great way to stay in shape and get your cardio in, but also a fun new way to express yourself through movement.

ESMF has been described as “dancing like nobody’s watching” meets “the gym.” The class focuses on using the beat of popular EDM tracks to do various exercises such as squats, lunges, pushups, jumping jacks and more.
