8 Awesome Non-Gaming Ways To Really Use Your Headphones

Here are 8 awesome non-gaming ways to really use your headphones.

1. School

If you’re in class, be a good student and listen to the teacher. If you’re home doing homework, be a good student and put on some music that helps you focus. If you’re in the hallway, be a good student and don’t go messing around with those other guys who are always getting in trouble!

2. Work

You can either work in silence or work with some nice, soft music playing in your ears. I don’t know about you but I’d rather zone out and get into that job-flow with the help of an awesome playlist.

3. Reading, Writing & Studying

I recommend putting on some chill electronic music when you’re trying to read a book or write something for school or work. Don’t play anything too lively or exciting because it might distract you from what you should be focusing on. I also like to make sure my headphones are comfortable before I start reading so I can focus all my attention on the book…that means no earbuds!

4. Podcasts & Audiobooks

Audiobooks and podcasts are

You might not know it, but you’re probably sitting on the solution to some of the biggest problems in your life today. Literally.

The problem is, they’re probably on your head.

We’re talking about headphones, of course.

If you’re like most people, you use them to listen to music or play games. Or maybe you wear them at work to block out the rest of the office while you concentrate.

But there are a lot more uses for headphones than just listening to music or playing games. You can use them for a variety of things that can actually make your life better.

Here are eight awesome non-gaming ways to really use your headphones:

I’ve been a gamer since I was big enough to swing my dad’s joystick without falling off my chair. I’m ‘that guy’ who always seems to have a pair of headphones on his head, whether he’s gaming or not. I used to keep the cans on so that I could be ‘immersed’ in the game while people were talking to me. These days it’s just become such a habit that even though I don’t wear them as often as before, once they’re on my head I tend to forget they’re there until someone asks me what awful music I’m listening to at the time.

And that’s when it hit me: why am I always wearing headphones? Why am I listening to music all the time? What am I doing with them? This little revelation led me on some extensive googling and soon enough, this blog post was born.

So here are 8 awesome non-gaming ways you can use your headphones!

1) Learn a new language

Can you imagine what a difference it would make if you could learn another language just by having something play in your ear for an hour or so every day? It turns out this is possible! There are a bunch of different language learning apps out there; some are free,

Headphones are a versatile piece of technology that most people own and use every day. While we all know headphones can be used for gaming, listening to music, and some other cool things, there is so much more that headphones can do. Here are 8 awesome ways you can use your headphones other than gaming or listening to music.

Technology has made a lot of things possible, and while the world has been busy using it to devise new ways to entertain themselves, there are many more useful ways that technology can be used. The latest electronic gadgets have made it possible for us to do a lot of tasks without having to exert too much effort. Headphones, for instance, have become one of the most useful accessories ever invented. Today’s headphones are more than just your typical listening devices. Apart from using them to listen to music or play video games, these gadgets have been proven useful in many other ways.

Here is a list of some of the best non-gaming uses for headphones:

1) As Communication Devices: The use of headphones in communicating with people has been on the rise in recent times. Many people prefer using them as they allow them to transmit and receive messages without having to speak aloud. It is also a great alternative to the traditional walkie-talkie devices used by police officers and security guards.

2) As Hearing Aids: Anyone who suffers from hearing problems can tell you how important it is to have a device that will help improve their hearing ability. Headphones are now being used by people who suffer from mild hearing loss or even deafness as they help them

For this post, we take a look at some of the other amazing uses of headphones that may not be gaming related, but are just as awesome.

1. Headphone Cleaner

We all know how easy it is for headphones to get dusty and dirty, and not cleaning them can lead to nasty build-ups of ear wax on the speaker mesh. Luckily there is a simple way to clean your headphones if they ever become dirty and that’s with your own headphones!

Just place the speakers over the mesh on each headphone and then turn up the volume until it starts emitting sound. The vibrations from the speakers should shake off any dirt from the mesh and leave you with squeaky clean headphones.

2. Headphone Eye Mask

The next time you want to take a nap on a plane or train, why not put your headphones to good use by making an eye mask out of them?

This is actually pretty easy and can be done in a couple of steps:

First, lay your headphone cable flat out on a table (make sure both sides are equal in length). Then fold each side inwards by about 4 inches so that you have two cables facing one another. Finally, wrap one cable around the other and secure it with some tape or glue
