We love that moment when we discover new music, especially when it’s as good as some of the artists featured here. As we get ready to enter into a new year, we thought it would be fun to take a look at some of our favorite artists who are expected to make big moves in 2015. That is why we have compiled a list of 5 electronic music artists to watch out for in 2015.

With the release of his debut album, “Lift”, at the end of 2014, we are pretty confident that *artist 1* is going to make big waves in 2015. With his unique blend of trap and future bass, he’s already made headlines with his remixes for Flume and Sweater Beats and has been featured on many popular blogs like this one. We are more than excited to see what’s next for this artist.

With the year drawing to a close, and the new one dawning upon us in less than 24 hours, we thought it would be a good idea to look at some of the new electronic music artists that have made an impression on us this year. We decided to start a series of blogs looking at new artists across genres and styles that we feel deserve attention in 2015. This first blog is dedicated to 5 electronic music artists we think you should keep an eye on next year.

The five artists featured below are all fairly new, with very different styles and sounds, but they definitely have a few things in common: they’re all extremely talented and creative, and they’re all somewhat off the beaten track. Each one of them offers something different in their own way, but they’re all heading somewhere very interesting indeed.

With the growing popularity of electronic music in recent years, it makes sense that we’ve seen a ton of new artists take to the scene. Some will never be heard from again, but some are poised for greatness in 2015.

Here are five electronic producers who are sure to make big moves this year.

1. Kiiara

It’s pretty rare that an artist can gain a following without even releasing an official album or EP, but Kiiara has done just that. The 20-year-old singer only has a handful of solo songs released online, but all of them have been met with praise and adoration from critics and fans alike.

Kiiara has worked with Pitbull and Linkin Park on their 2015 collaboration “Heavy” and is currently working on her debut EP due out later this year.

Electronic music has become a massive part of mainstream music over the past few years. It seems like every other week there’s a new EDM artist making waves in the industry. With that being said, it can be hard to keep track of all the new artists that are about to blow up or have just started to gain traction. 1. SNBRN – Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo

Los Angeles-based producer SNBRN (Kevin Chapman) is one of the most sought after artists of 2015. His first single, “Beat The Sunrise” featuring Andrew Watt, was released on Ultra Records, but it was his remix of “California Love” that put him on the map. Since then he’s been releasing music through Spinnin’ Deep, Kitsune and even Ultra again, which is something that doesn’t happen often for an artist so early in their career. With massive support from Diplo and Skrillex, as well as headlining performances at Coachella and Electric Forest 2015, it’s clear this guy is here to stay.

The genre has been taking a lot of influence from other genres including house and techno, which has led to the creation of artists that are pushing the limits of what is considered “ambient”.
