Electro Swing came about in the late 90s/early 2000s. With mixed genre’s such as big band, swing, jazz and a hint of house music it was no surprise that this sound would be an instant hit.

The DJ’s that are involved with electro swing are all very talented and definitely worth the listen, but there is only so much time in a day. I decided to create a list of 10 Electro Swing DJ’s You Should Be Listening To.

Parov Stelar is widely known as the inventor of electro swing and is also one of the biggest players in this genre.

Electro Swing is a genre that I’ve been following for a few years now and I’m always excited to hear what the artists are doing. The great thing about this genre is the eclectic mix of sounds, instruments and even vocalists. The genre has become more popular and most of us have heard some form of electro swing, whether it was in an episode of Boardwalk Empire or at a club night.

I wanted to put together my list of 10 electro swing DJ’s/artists that you should be listening to, if you aren’t already! The list is in no particular order.

Parov Stelar is one of the most well known artists within the electro swing community. He’s been around for quite a while and he’s been on the forefront of bringing jazz back into our lives. His music has been featured on many television shows and films, including:
