In the past few years I’ve had a lot of conversations with people about electronic dance music (EDM). It seems like people are always asking me who I listen to. So I decided to put together a top 10 list of artists that are doing interesting things in the Christian EDM scene right now. This is by no means an exhaustive list but it’s a great place to start for those just getting into the music.

Electronic Dance Music is a genre that began to emerge in the eighties and is still going strong today. Electronic Dance Music is characterized by its beat and synthesized sounds. While there are many secular EDM artists, there are also Christian EDM artists who use their music to reach non-believers. Here are the top 10 Christian EDM Artists:

Every year, the Grammy Awards seem to get more and more diverse in the genres it recognizes. The 2015 Grammy nominees for Best Dance/Electronic Album include many artists who have been on the electronic music scene for quite some time, like Aphex Twin, Deadmau5, Little Dragon and Röyksopp & Robyn.
While these artists have been around for a while, they are not Christian. However, there are some Christian artists who are pushing the boundaries of dance/electronic music in their own way. These artists are recognized by their fans and peers as being leaders in the field of electronic music and deserve recognition in this area of Grammy nominations.
