However, writing reviews takes many hours and we simply can’t afford the time

We have no expectations that artists or labels use these paid services,
we are perfectly happy to do just the free stuff if that suits.

WHERE ARE THE PAGES

They are specifically: AMBIENT - CHILL - ELECTRONIC - ENIGMATIC - VOCAL
The audio visual rooms are linked via the speakers on these rooms.
*CYCLES
A number of our pages have cycles of banners or posts.
These are rows of a limited number of banners/posts that are kept current
and are easily seen.
A banner or post starts in top place and remains there until a new post arrives;
the previous one then drops down a spot on the cycle.
Eventually banners or posts drop off the bottom and are removed.
We try to maintain enough items in each cycle so that items do not disappear
too quickly.
For example the CD reviews shown on our Home page and main Menu page drop
in cycles, descending the list until they drop off the bottom.
The large banners on our main Menu page also drop in cycles making them temporary.
Where options have the wording 'at least 6 months' or 'at least 1 year' etc.
- the idea is that items will remain in place for longer
than that time unless either the page becomes too cluttered or Morpheus goes
off-line.
Video plugs - you record yourself talking up your new release and send us the footage - we post at Youtube and Morpheus (see here for more info).
Bear in mind that Youtube only accepts videos of 10 minutes
or less.
If you want to submit more than 10 minutes content you will need to break
material into sections each less than ten minutes.
Video interviews will be conducted by us emailing you a list of questions - you will need to record your interview by camera or mobile phone.
You email us back your interview video and we will intercut the questions.
We will post the interview on our Menu page, Myspace page, Youtube channel and genre listening room for maximum exposure - you may post your video anywhere else you wish.
i) We will review your CD for free (standard 3 section review: STYLE, ARTWORK, OVERALL).
Please email first to check that your CD is appropriate for our site.
ii) You can post your own news on our Myspace page www.myspace.com/morpheusmusic .
Alternately email us your news - if it's brief we'll add it on Twitter, if it's longer we'll add it to our blog.
iii) Index entry.
We
will enter you on our Artists/Labels Index on the relevant genre page (text
entry plus link).
